1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing thecontentmatrix.net (the "Site") or using any services from The Content Matrix, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Services
The Site provides information about our AI content operations and agent infrastructure services. Actual service engagements are governed by a separate Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work signed by both parties.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
- Interfere with the Site's operation or other users
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our written permission, except for widely accepted public indexing
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Use the Site to impersonate any person or entity
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, design) is owned by The Content Matrix, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. Any other use requires written permission.
5. Content Submissions
If you submit information through the Site (contact forms, email, case study requests), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that information for the purpose for which you submitted it.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS FOR GENERAL PURPOSES AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
If you engage our services through a signed Master Service Agreement, liability for service engagements is governed by that agreement, not these Terms.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Content Matrix, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflicts of law. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site.
15. Refund Policy — Blueprints
Conditional 48-hour refund. Because blueprints are digital products (.md files, code, templates) delivered immediately upon purchase via Google Drive share link and walkthrough call, refund requests must satisfy ALL of the following conditions:
- Request is made within 48 hours of purchase (timestamp of Stripe payment receipt)
- Buyer has not accessed the Drive delivery folder (verifiable via Google Drive access logs)
- Buyer has not taken the 30-minute walkthrough call
After 48 hours OR after either action (file access or walkthrough), all sales are final — the intellectual property has been delivered.
Fit-mismatch credit: If the blueprint does not apply to your specific stack or ICP after we've tried to map it together on the walkthrough call, we will credit the full purchase price toward a different engagement with us within 90 days of purchase. This is not a refund — it is a credit toward future work.
To request a refund within the 48-hour window: email founder@thecontentmatrix.net with your Stripe order ID and a brief reason. We process valid refunds within 5–7 business days via Stripe to the original payment method.
Refund Policy — Other Engagements: The Pipeline Audit ($3,500) carries a separate 14-day satisfaction guarantee — if we don't surface at least 3 actionable opportunities you weren't already pursuing, full refund. Advisory engagements include a 30-day stack-fit revision free. Custom builds (MCP, Agent, Content Operations) are governed by the milestone refund terms in the Master Service Agreement signed at engagement kickoff. Retainers may be cancelled at the end of any monthly cycle with no further obligation; mid-cycle cancellations are not pro-rated.
